Hopefully you had an enjoyable weekend filled with tons of self-love! Tomorrow kicks off our second week, and......I’m turning up the heat on this challenge. Spoiler alert, we have some tough stuff ahead! I did warn you...

Are you ready?

Tomorrow, write down three things you either don’t like about yourself, or three negative habits/behaviors you inflict on yourself. Then, I want you to write down a counter argument next to it as if you were talking to a friend who was saying those things.

For example:

Negative statement: “I hate my body.”

Counter argument: “My body is unique to me. It may not be perfect, but it’s mine. It carried a life inside of it, and while my body changed as a result, it’s still beautiful and strong and mine. I’m grateful to have a healthy body, and the ability to take care of it.”

Yeah, I know that was a little cheesy, but you get my point and that’s all that really matters!!

Be kind to yourself!! Catch yourself making these negative statements and correct the way you think about yourself.
