I’m grateful for sunshine!
Sunshine is a good source of Vitamin D (please wear SPF) and is a great mood booster. When the sun is shining, it almost always puts you in a good mood. Especially if it’s the summer. In the morning, when the sun shines through my windows it hits my Chakra prisms and fills my room with rainbows, just like in the movie Pollyanna. It’s beautiful. I also love the way the sun makes water sparkle. It’s just so mesmerizing to watch the sparkles on the water. When I was younger, I used to take naps in the sun on the floor just like a cat. The warmth of the sunshine is just like a hug. It lights up our world, makes it so much more vibrant with color, and makes us look forward to getting outdoors where we should be! Enjoying every moment; from it’s beautiful sunrise to it’s breathtaking sunsets. I love, love, love the sunshine!!
