I’m grateful for my strength.
Sometimes I forget I have it. Sometimes I get so knocked down that it feels like I don’t have any. But I always get up, even if I need a bit of help at times. Asking for help, or needing help is not a weakness. It’s a strength all in itself. Strength comes from overcoming things that we once thought impossible. Strength is having the courage to face our demons, our fears, and our obstacles in life head on. Strength is rising from defeat and not giving up, handling tough moments that may break us, and meeting each challenge that comes our way with an open heart and an open mind. Strength is learning and growing from all of it.
You are not weak if you failed, or got knocked down. You are strong because you tried, and got back up again and again and again.
